All three methods are available free. The difference is what happens after intake: with a paid plan the document is sorted automatically, on the free plan you do it yourself.
It sorts itself
With a paid planThe AI reads the text of the document and recognises what it is. An outgoing invoice, an employment contract, a bank statement or a director's decision: each has its statutory category and retention period. Dokumentar assigns them automatically, with confidence above 95%.
If confidence is not high enough, the document is flagged for review and you categorise it yourself. On the free plan you categorise everything from the start, but the step is quick because all 58 statutory categories are already there.
Search in plain words
With a paid planType "find the March electricity bill" and the right document appears in seconds. No file name to remember, no exact category to pick. The search understands what you mean, not just the keywords.
The free plan includes keyword search: type part of a document name or a supplier and Dokumentar filters the list.
Arhivska knjiga ready
Free (with manual categorisation)One click and you have the official arhivska knjiga to file by 30 April. Dokumentar generates it in XLSX and PDF, in Cyrillic, exactly as Pravilnik 34/2022 and Zakon o arhivskoj građi (6/2020) require. All 58 statutory categories are already included.
With AI classification (paid plan) the book writes itself, with no manual work at all. On the free plan you categorise documents yourself, and the book is still generated in one click.
Bonus
Type in the PIB and we fill in the company name, address and bank accounts.
When you add a new company, the PIB or the matični broj is enough. Dokumentar automatically retrieves the full name, address, municipality, activity code and the list of bank accounts with their blocking status from the National Bank of Serbia's Javni registar računa. No typing by hand, no mistyped PIB.
