Is there a free plan?
No. Standard is the entry plan at 3,600 RSD per month, VAT included. It includes every module, 250 GB of storage, 3 users, 1 company, 750 AI documents and 1,000 OCR pages per month.
What is AI auto-classification?
Dokumentar reads the text of the document (OCR), works out what kind of document it is, and assigns the statutory category with its retention period. On paid plans this happens without any input from you.
Is it legally valid?
Yes. The arhivska knjiga is generated under Pravilnik 34/2022 in the official Cyrillic format, in line with Zakon o arhivskoj građi (6/2020).
Can I change plan?
Yes. A plan change takes effect from the following month. Contact us and we will do it for you with no loss of data.
Can I export my documents if I cancel?
Yes. You can download all your documents and metadata as a ZIP archive at any time. There is no lock-in.
